Inbox interface slow in loading
We’ve seen that the main inbox page interface is loading slower than expected, resulting in buttons and folders not being clickable. This appears to be occurring at random and not affecting all users. Our team is looking into the issue now and will update you accordingly.
Update 16:00 15 April : We are investigating a potential fix for this issue. Additional updates to come.
Update 17:00 15 April : A fix is set to be deployed tomorrow morning (16 April) so as not to disrupt other processes in Trengo. You may experience some occasional slow loading of the inbox interface in the meantime. Thank you for your patience, and we’ll update here when we’ve implemented the fix!
