    1. Customers occasionally experiencing ‘not found’ error when sending messages and creating labels

      We have been made aware that customers attempting to send messages from draft, close conversations, and create new labels are occasionally receiving a 'not found' error. Messages are sending, but this is not being reflected in the inbox. Our team is investigating the source of the issue now. We apologise for the inconvenience this may be causing to your customer conversations.

      Update 12:58 Friday 14 June : We have identified a potential fix and are working on implementing it now.
