    1. Forwarding channels experiencing SMPT errors

      Due to authentication issues with provider Mailgun’s authentication services, some customers have reported receiving SMPT errors in response to sending messages via the forwarding channels they have on Trengo. This is an incident occurring globally for all Mailgun users. We will keep you updated as we learn more and apologise for any difficulties you may experience.

      Update 16:00 Monday, 27 May: Mailgun has identified the source issue and will be deploying a fix shortly.

      Update 16:12 Monday, 27 May: The issue has been resolved with Mailgun's fix. Thank you for your patience! Your emails have resumed sending.
