    1. Solved: Incoming emails from forwarding channels not being received

      Update (25 Sept 2023, 17:00) : The issue has been resolved. Emails from forwarding channels will again be received as normal. Please be aware that your customers’ emails have not been delivered to you during this time due to these receiving issues. We apologise for the inconvenience.

      Our team has detected that forwarding channels are currently not receiving incoming emails. As a result, you may not be receiving some emails. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
